Today was quite the day, culminating in Psychopomp’s World Premiere this evening.
This morning I received quite the surprise… my mom, aunt, and cousin flew in from Cincinnati to watch the film and support me. It was incredible seeing them.
The screening itself was a success. The response we received was unbelievably positive. And the outpouring of sympathy after they learned of Brian’s death was very much appreciated. I really missed him today, though, getting to share our accomplishment.
I’ve seen some good films and met a bunch of cool people the last couple days at the festival. Looking forward to what’s to come over the next three days here.
