And thus ‘Found’ begins!  This film, my Masters thesis at the University of Southern California, will be the culmination of a decade of hard work and education.  Over the next couple years, you can follow along with our blog as we march through pre-production, including the all-important fundraising (don’t be shy about visiting the Donate Page!), the elations and pitfalls of production, the re-weaving of the story through editing, and finally – God willing – onto the Festival circuit.

I’ve been home in Cincinnati for almost a month now… visiting folks, of course, but also working tirelessly on this project.  Production won’t begin until March, but there are already many things to do.  I continue to refine the script, as well as spending a nice chunk of time working on this website.  Speaking of, big ups to Zack and Matteo and their amazing work on the design of the site and the artwork, respectively.

I’ll keep this first post short and sweet.  But be sure to stop back often to check on our progress.  I can’t promise I’ll be able to write every day (especially as the rigors of production take hold), but I will be sure to keep you in the loop on any updates we have.

Live long and prosper.
